SHIPPING – Silver Jewellery
Shipping is free pan India for orders on or above Rs 3000. For orders under Rs 3000, shipping cost is Rs 300. There is no international shipping available at this time.
All items in one order will be shipped to one address only. An order cannot be split into multiple delivery addresses.
Our shipments are handed door-to-door only so we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
The shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
We do not deliver to any remote locations.
We do not offer COD service.
We work with all major shipping courier companies depending on speed of delivery and pincode availability with the courier partner.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 working days from the date of order.
We do not ship on Sundays and National and Festive holidays.
Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch. We may contact you for additional information if required. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp messaging.
Estimated time of delivery depends on the address and the mode of payment. Average delivery time will be 5 to 7 business days if the item is in stock.
There might be delays due to incomplete address or wrong phone number provided and if the shipping company is unable to reach the customer.
All delays and returns in such a case is the responsibility of the customer.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Tracking details will be provided once we ship your products which allows you to track your package easily.
Our products will be packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. Kindly do not accept delivery if you find the package to have been tampered with.
If delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel arrived in a secure manner.
RETURN / REFUND
Kindly check all information regarding size, length, weight, finish before placing your order.
If your order is damaged during transit or you have received an incorrect product, different from your order given please contact us at customercare@glownglitter.com within 6 hours of receipt.
Once we approve the return, we will let you know how to process the return.The customer has to courier back the shipment at their own expense.
The customer must send back the product with the receipt, barcode/tag, to the address mentioned on the website. Any product returned without barcode/tag and receipt will not be eligible for return.
The customer will be issued a refund/ store credit as per customer preference once the returned goods are received and verified at Glow N Glitter. The refund will be made to the source of payment.
Kindly note that only the amount for the product is eligible for refund. Other fees like shipping charges are non refundable.
Refunds will be made a week after we have received the shipment of the product from you.
CANCELLATION
To cancel an order kindly cancel within 6 hours of placing the order. We will appreciate it if you also inform us as soon as possible at please contact us at customercare@glownglitter.com. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID.
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will credit the full amount in the original mode of payment.
If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in original payment mode once we have received the product.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Glow N Glitter and accept Glow N Glitter’s decision regarding cancellation.
